SCS's design team will custom design Controls that will meet all your individual company needs, from the simplest single loop to a PLC based system that is fully integrated into your building automation system.
Our Controls expertise includes using manufacturers such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Watlow, Honeywell, Eurotherm, Partlow, and others.
SCS Will Design/build a Controller to Meet All Your Company Needs:
- Exclusive Touch Screen Environmental Test Chamber Controller available
- Single or Double loop temperature and humidity controllers
- Profilers (ramping and soaking)
- PLC Based Controls with Touch Screen Operator Interface Terminals
- RS 485 communication ports for direct computer connection
- Remote Modem Connections
- Network connections via Ethernet or standard communication protocol
- Integration into your building automation system such as Honeywell or Johnson Controls
- Audio and Visual Alarming
- Paper Chart Recording
- Paperless Recorder/Monitor with Data Loggers
- Panels UL, ETL, and CE standards
- Temperature Mapping
SCS Uses The Latest Technology for Dew Point or Relative Humidity Sensing:
- Thin film polymer sensor that provides long term stability, wide measurement range, accuracy of +/-1°C or +/-2% relative humidity, and fast response time
- Auto calibrating software that works on-line while the process is running
- Dew point sensors that read from -80°C to +20°C
- Relative humidity from 0.5% to 100%
- Sensor is protected from dust, dirt, and splashing water
For critical applications, expedited delivery can be accommodated. These same high standards are also applied with our environmental test chambers.
